Shipping & Delivery

I Am A are committed to providing an exceptional service and depending on your requirements expected delivery times will be quoted.  Our instock products and garments we aim to be delivered within 48 hours of the order placement.  Bulk orders, online club and college shop orders shall be processed with our supplier and expected delivery times shall be comunicated with each customer.  Our aims are to get customised orders to you within 20 working days from placement of the order.  However, this is only an estimation and during busy periods our order processing make take longer.  

Privacy & Security, Intellectual Property, Software & Content

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of I Am A, or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by I Am A and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

Returns & Replacements

If for some reason you are not satisfied with any of your purchases from I Am A, you may return them to us provided it has not been worn in any way and it is sent back within 21 days of purchase and in its original packaging.  If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements I Am A cannot accept the item back.  

Bespoke garments, such as those containing embroidered badges and logos, or printed vinyl are non-returnable/refundable.

Shortages or missing items as part of an order need to be reported to I Am A within 14 days of receipt of the goods.  Failure to do so will mean I Am A are unable to replace or refund the missing items.

Any postage or carriage required to return the item is regrettably non refundable.

Faulty Goods

We try to ensure that all goods supplied by I Am A are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, please return it to: I Am A, Prospect Works, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 6BT.  I Am A recommends that you get a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office or Courier - we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.

Faulty goods must be returned to us within 42 days of the order completion.  Any faulty goods returned outside of this timeframe will result in a product investigation from both I Am A and our supplier.  

Order Cancellation

Once orders have been processed with a supplier we have a none cancellation policy in place. If I Am A accepts any cancelation then the following will be required. Written notification of cancelation is required. A cancelation charge of 10% of the original quote will be incurred if orders are processed with suppliers and cancelled at a later date.

Payment and Security

Pro-Am Kits Ltd use two online payment methods of Paypal and SagePay.  Both payment methods mean that all credit and debit card details are entered on a secured page and that they are transferred using SSL.  No credit or debit card information is collated and stored with I Am A Ltd.
